Inquire Within For Special Discounts & Offers

  • All vendors must provide a banner or professional sign with their company name for their space.

  • No overnight security provided.

  • All vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance.

  • All vendors are expected to post on Facebook and Twitter twice a week to promote the event.

    • All prices are for two days.

Sunday, April 21, 2019, noon to 8pm.

Set Up

  • Gates open, set up and check in time for all food truck vendors is 8:30 am.

  • Check in/set up time for outdoor retail and food vendors is 9:30 am.

  • Check in/set up time for indoor vendors is 10:30 am.

  • All vendors are to be ready for business at 11:45 am.

  • Bring plenty of small bills and coin change as none will be provided or available on site.

All outdoor spaces are 10' x 10' $119

Vendor supplies own tent, tables and chairs

Vendor supplies two 6-foot tables or 1 table and one display rack $89
     
Electricity is limited to food vendors only based on pre-approval. Electricity is $25 [both days included]
GENERATORS ARE ENCOURAGED
